DESCRIPTION
The design redevelops city-owned parcels into one large, combined Civic Center Complex. The reimagining for the vision of the city includes a city hall, city administrative offices, public library, cultural and recreational facilities, open space, police and fire stations, Brightline railway station, and mixed-use public/private commercial development, including offices retail and housing.
